Is it just me or has this game been a waste of time? There has been absolutely nothing happening at all, just heading the ball back and forth *yawn* I find that Baros so annoying.....just seeing him diving face first down on the grass everytime someone comes within 5 yards of him just makes me go YECH How pathetic!!!! My mom told me I could never be a referee as biased as I am......well, who cares? What's the point of watching football if you're not gonna cheer for any of the teams?

LOL, us (aston villa) were linked with baros before euro 2004, but now he'll be worth a good sum of money, the refs say they'll clamp down on diving too, but they never do !!
we could do a better job than them, bias and all

And so it is over: Greece will meet Portugal in the final after their 1-0 victory over the Czechs on overtime and Holland and the Czech Republic will fight for the bronze....who would ever have thought it? This Euro has been so loaded with surprises!!!! Unfortunately I was hoping for Portugal on 1st and Holland for 3rd, but it looks like it'll be Greece on 1st and Czech on 3rd

I agree, it took them nearly 2 hours to get things going Although I was cheering for Greece, it wouldn't really matter.......after all, none of my favorites for 1st and 3rd: Portugal and Holland will stand a chance against their opponents now At first I hoped Greece would win 1st place, but after being impressed by Portugal I changed my mind.....that does seem bitter now

Hehe, Sweden is our closest neighbour so since Norway didn't make it off they were my closest choice But I was so disappointed seeing Portugal lose last night.......I nearly cried And everyone I've spoken to says the same: Greece can't play football at all!!! The won on one lousy chance, defensive play and biased judgement from the referee.....it's unfair

hey man if you want to say stuff like that, we should have been there instead of portugal but ultimately, it's SVEN GORAN ERIKSSONS FAULT no-one wants him to manage England, only the Fa do because he's seen as a celebrity!! i apologise that i am insulting a swede, but he really does deserve criticism, just hope he never manages Sweden

It should have been Norway....or Sweden...or Denmark....or Spain....or Romania....or Portugal!!!! Just about anyone but Greece Their gameplay is so boring it's no wonder the Portuguese seemed to fall asleep on the court

I normally say football, but something in my mind just simultaneously makes me think of the word soccer. That's what you get for living in the US......however, I have no problems differentiating between the two. Here in Norway btw we call it fotball(lit. football).....as for American Football we call it rugby

I, of course followed Euro 2004. Though I see that no one here supported my team, the Azzurri. I won't lie, or deny that my heart (when it comes to the men or the football) totally belongs to Italia.
And though...by a wicked cruel twist of fate we didn't even make it into the quarter-finals, I still followed it.
I went out and bought Euro 2004 by EA Sports for my X-box. Its absolutely lovely. And Italy always wins there!
